have you seen an idea and thought..why didn't I think of that?? Well, check out this idea that is posted on Libby Hickson has on her blog.
Now, how many times have you had an idea for a card, only to have it turn out NOTHING at all like you visualized it. I started with a sketch from
Maria's Blog but really wanted to use these images I had stamped off from our weekend get together and lo and behold this is what I ended up with!! I won't call it a card gone wrong, but it's not what I had in mind.
This next one is also using Skipping Stone Stamps
Selena was so willing to let me use her stamps!! It was fun to see all the designs available from this company.
This last one is from a sketch posted on Sketch This Card and I did manage to stick to the sketch with this one.
Well, today is Tim Horton's Camp Day not that I need an excuse to buy a coffee, but it's always great to see large corporations be involved in things that can change a childs outlook on life.

I see you're putting your sewing machine to use, lookin great Pat. Love the 'well behaved women' one. That's one of my favorite quotes and if there's any truth to it than I'll be in the history books! lol. See ya cutie!!!
what great cards! I really like the last one...such rich colors.
Thanks so much for mentioning me Pat! I just recently added you to my Reader after discovering your wonderful blog via a comment you left for me! Today's cards are too cute - especially love the "well behaved women" quote with the drinks, too funny! :-)
These turned out lovely Pat!
I love the color combo of the last one :)
Great cards Pat! Sometimes I get sidetracked too and end up somewhere else! Haha! I love the flower patterns on the last card! Great job!
Hey Pat, I just realized that the pattern on your last card changes depending on how you shift your eyes. Can you see the flower patterns? I went back to take a look at the card again and I only saw geometrical patterns, circles, squares. . .then I changed my focus and saw the flowers again! Interesting. . .very tricky card!!
